Be it by being a great listener, providing my two cents of advice to a certain challenge or just making a hot chocolate for my dearest. Contributing to the happiness of others does not have to be an act that breaks the bank. In fact, studies show that the little things of life bring us a whole lot of joy.
Life mostly happens somewhere in between our great intentions of spreading happiness and our to-do list. It is important to understand that circumstances can indeed change at the drop of a hat, appreciating this puts the ones we truly care about into perspective.
The key to happiness is one we all need to grasp with both hands, as it does have a direct relation to good health, this means that the happier we are, the healthier we will be.
I have put together 7 small acts for every day of the week that could cause a ripple of happiness across your world!
