This technique is used to focus the mind on the task ahead and experience more consciously. In today’s world where our pace is super fast and we want everything right now! It helps to take out some zen time and indulge in this uber form of meditation.
I recently took a class in mindfulness which involved listening to a lot of soft music, being aware of my body and understanding brain activity. I must say, I felt more calm and clear-headed afterwards.
