We are back with another breakfast bombshell, after all ,they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Seeing as we are Queens and our crowns fit, we deserve befitting ways of breaking our hours on end fast throughout the starry night.
Overnight oats are an amazing way to ensure breakfast is ready and waiting in the refrigerator hassle free, stewing in its goodness and eager to offer itself to us in all its glory as a sacrifice of nourishment.
Oats are a great source of slow release fibre which keeps us fuller for longer- this will take us well into the afternoon before we feel the need to refill our energy reserves.
This melange is pretty simple and a good number 1 on the scale of difficulty. It needs to take its sweet time chilling in the fridge overnight, allowing the marvellous medley stew to perfection.
Rolled oats, almond milk, raspberries, greek yogurt and melted chocolate- Bliss! What more can royalty ask for?

Pour in raw rolled oats, almond milk or yogurt ½ cup of each. At our HQ, we love our yogurt low-fat or fat-free but feel free to use whichever your heart delights in. Layer with melted chocolate.
Top with fresh or frozen raspberries, either way it still keeps its lush promises.
Pop this mixture in the fridge, saving your extra toppings (seeds, almonds, and even more raspberries) for the morning after.
In the morning, after your much-deserved beauty sleep, add more toppings (if you wish) and savor this scrumptious mixture with a smile!
